15. Client campaigns & applicant data

This privacy policy covers data collected through the Leads4Talent website only. It does not govern data collected through job campaigns we run on behalf of our clients.

Every job campaign we run is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws - including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and any other applicable data privacy regulations in the jurisdictions where our clients operate.

When we run job campaigns for clients, we act as a data processor on their behalf. Clients act as the data controller and remain responsible for the lawful basis of collecting applicant data in their jurisdiction. All campaign data - including job applicant information collected through landing pages, qualification flows, and application processes - is handled under our separate terms of service and our data processing agreement (DPA).

Our DPA sets out in full detail:

• What applicant data is collected and for what purpose
• How data is stored, protected, and processed
• The obligations and rights of both parties
• Subprocessor information and international transfer safeguards
• Data retention and deletion procedures
• Breach notification procedures

Our infrastructure and subprocessors are selected and managed to meet the requirements of international data protection standards. Applicant data collected through our campaigns is stored primarily on EU-based servers and handled with the same level of care regardless of where the client or the applicants are located.
